【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62273givestheconditionsformeasuringtheperformanceparametersofterrestrialdigitaltransmittersandforfacilitatingthecomparisonofmeasurementswhicharecarriedoutbydifferentpersonnel.Itcontainsdetailsofspeciallyselectedmethodsfordeterminingthemostimportantperformanceparametersofdigitaltransmitters.Themeasurementmethodsdescribedapplytoalimitednumberofperformanceparameters,i.e.thosewhichcangiverisetoambiguousinterpretationduetotheuseofdifferentmethodsandconditions.Theyareneitherrestrictivenormandatory:measurementscanbechosenforeachparticularcase.Ifnecessary,additionaltestscanbecarriedoutbuttheyshallcomplywiththosestandardswhichhavebeenestablishedbyotherstudygroups,subcommitteesoftheIECorotherinternationalorsuitablyaccreditedorganizations.Nolimitshavebeenassignedtoquantifyacceptablerangesofperformanceparameters.Thesearejudgedtobeproperlyincludedinthetechnicalspecificationsforindividualtransmitters;however,thetermsandthemannerusedtoquantifythemshouldideallybethosedescribedinafutureIECpublication.Themeasurementmethodsdescribedinthisstandardareintendedfortypeapprovaltests.Howevertheycanequallywellapplytoacceptancetestsmeasurementsandqualitycontroltestseitherinfactoriesoronsite.Testsignalsareusedtomeasureperformanceparametersforbothdigitalandanalogueterrestrialtransmitters.Theirelectroniccharacteristicsandtheirassociatedperformanceparametersarewidelyunderstood.Thetestsignalsaremeasuredaftertheyhavegonethroughthetransmitterequipmenttodetermineiftheirdegradationiswithintherequiredqualitycriteria.ThisstandarddoesnotgointoanydetailregardingMPEG2signalsorDVBprocessesnordoesitdealwithdigitalsignalprocessing.
