【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidanceandcriteriaforthesecurityevaluationofoperationalsystems.ItprovidesanextensiontothescopeofISO/IEC15408,bytakingintoaccountanumberofcriticalaspectsofoperationalsystemsnotaddressedinISO/IEC15408evaluation.Theprincipalextensionsthatarerequiredaddressevaluationoftheoperationalenvironmentsurroundingthetargetofevaluation,andthedecompositionofcomplexoperationalsystemsintosecuritydomainsthatcanbeseparatelyevaluated.ThisTechnicalReportprovidesa)adefinitionandmodelforoperationalsystems,b)adescriptionoftheextensionstoISO/IEC15408evaluationconceptsneededtoevaluatesuchoperationalsystems,c)amethodologyandprocessforperformingthesecurityevaluationofoperationalsystems,d)additionalsecurityevaluationcriteriatoaddressthoseaspectsofoperationalsystemsnotcoveredbytheISO/IEC15408evaluationcriteria.ThisTechnicalReportpermitstheincorporationofsecurityproductsevaluatedagainstISO/IEC15408intooperationalsystemsevaluatedasawholeusingthisTechnicalReport.ThisTechnicalReportislimitedtothesecurityevaluationofoperationalsystemsanddoesnotconsiderotherformsofsystemassessment.Itdoesnotdefinetechniquesfortheidentification,assessmentandacceptanceofoperationalrisk.
