【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforatwocomponentpolyurethane,topcoat,withamediumdegreeofresistancetoerosionbytheeffectsofrain,availableinarangeofcoloursandlevelsofgloss,tobeappliedoveraprimerforaerospaceapplicationsonareaswhererainerosionatsubsonicspeedsmaybeaproblem,e.g.leadingedgesandairintakes.ThepropertiesspecifiedinthisstandardareobtainedondefinedaluminiumalloytestpiecespreparedinaccordancewithEN3837ProcedureAandISO3270andpaintedwithprimertoEN2435-001and-002.Theabilityofthematerialtobeusedforaspecificapplication(e.g.alternativesubstrate,alternativeprimer,specificdryingconditions,etc.)shouldbedeterminedbysupplementaryteststoconfirmthattherequirementsofthisstandardaremet.
